Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you’ve been carrying the weight of past hurts or trying to hold everything together on your own. I believe healing happens in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and free to be exactly who you are—messy, complex, and human.

In our work together, I offer a warm, judgment-free space to explore what feels stuck. Whether you’re working to heal from trauma, navigating an eating disorder, or struggling with the pressures of perfectionism, I’ll meet you with compassion and respect for your unique story.

Because trauma and stress live in the body as much as in the mind, I integrate somatic approaches like Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, EMDR, and mindfulness-based CBT. These methods help you gently reconnect with your body’s wisdom, release stored tension, and build new ways of feeling safe and present.

You may also meet Winston, my therapy dog in training, who quietly offers a calming presence in our sessions when extra comfort is needed.

I am passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and women who feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism or overwhelm. Whether you’re here to process trauma, find relief from anxiety, or learn to trust yourself again, you deserve support that honors your strengths and hopes for the future.

If you’re wondering whether therapy could help, I’d love to offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
