Welcome to this journey - whether therapy is new or something you’ve experienced before. I am a Buddhist nun, spiritual teacher, and mental health counselor dedicated to offering compassionate, culturally grounded support for healing and transformation. With nearly twenty years of mindfulness practice and meditation teaching, I help individuals navigate life’s challenges with presence, warmth, and deep listening.
Rooted in Buddhist teachings and informed by my clinical training at Naropa University, I integrate contemplative practices with evidence-based counseling to guide people toward clarity, stability, and resilience. I offer individual counseling, meditation guidance, Dharma-based support, and outdoor mindfulness activities that foster connection with nature, community and your true home.
My approach honors each person’s dignity and unique path, supporting emotional healing and spiritual growth as deeply interconnected. Outside of my work, I find joy in meditation, tea rituals, reading, and caring for animals—I once looked after nine dogs and a cat in my monastery in Vietnam. My mission is to bridge timeless Dharma wisdom with the needs of modern life, helping others cultivate mindfulness, insight, and peace.
