Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

Maybe you’ve been the strong one for too long—carrying a quiet heaviness, wondering if anyone truly sees what you hold. If that speaks to you, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly the kind of person I hold space for. I believe healing happens in safe, affirming relationships where you can be seen in all of who you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed practices, integrating tools from CBT and DBT to support insight, regulation, and self-compassion.

My roots lie within a collectivist culture in Africa, and the spirit of ubuntu—how healing occurs through connection and care for one another—deeply shapes how I show up as a therapist. I'm also a songwriter and singer passionate about using creative expression to challenge stigma and open space for healing. I’m especially drawn to working with college students, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, identity, or mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, or trauma. I am also open to working with children and bring curiosity and warmth into those interactions.

As someone navigating multiple identities—immigrant, African, Black, male-presenting—I know what it’s like to carry layers in spaces that may not always see them. In therapy, my goal is not just to listen, but to truly understand—and help you reconnect with your own strength and clarity.
