I am a Colorado native that grew up in Denver but also did an 8 year stint on the East Coast. I love the 300 days of sunshine and the beautiful outdoors. I love to go for walks and hikes with my 4 year old son, my 1 year old son and husband. I love to ski in the mountains and go to outdoor concerts. I love art and music and am a big fan of
animals and dogs. I love to travel and have lived in several European counties and hope to keep adventuring and exploring more beautiful countries and cultures. I am an HGTV real estate and design obsessed viewer and I love binge watching Netflix thrilling detective series and mysteries.

MA in Counseling, LPC and NCC. I have specialized training in trauma informed practices and solution focused counseling.  I have training in a middle and high school self esteem and anti bullying program called Smart Girls. I love running skill based groups to teach more of what I know in a fun and collaborative manner.

Through my thirteen years of work as a Community School Therapist and School Counselor in DPS and other districts as well as a Teen Therapist I have gained a wealth of experience and training.
